family-friendly hotel with amazing sunrise views from the room and a fantastic pool experience

Wonderful stay with exceptional service!

The hotel had a perfect location and a free shuttle made getting to the city easy. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but the pillows were rock hard and there were a few maintenance issues that need addressing. Overall, it was a decent experience.

I found the rooms to be a bit outdated. Despite that, they were clean and spacious, allowing for comfortable stays during busy travel days. The staff was generally friendly, but the check-in process could have been smoother.

The room offered a great size with comfortable beds and four plush pillows for each. Cleanliness was impressive throughout, from the spacious bathroom to the well-maintained lobby. However, I didn’t receive the wake-up call I requested, which caused me to miss the shuttle and I had to take an Uber instead. Also, the restaurant prices were on the higher side, which didn’t suit my budget after a day in the city.

We had an amazing stay with our 20 family members. The rooms were spacious, and we loved hanging out by the pool, although it could use a bit more warmth. Great place for our large group to catch up and relax after long days in the city.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great to have more family-friendly dining options available.

Convenient spot for solo travelers

The location was perfect, just a shuttle ride from the airport. I liked the spacious room where I could finally get some good sleep after a long journey.

It wasn't exactly light on the wallet, but still manageable.

Finding Laguardia Plaza felt easy, and check-in went smoothly. The room impressed me with its cleanliness. I enjoyed the warm atmosphere upon entering, even if we had to ask for maintenance to adjust the heat. The staff was responsive. I appreciated the safe and clean parking garage, although it came with an extra fee. The shuttle service to the airport was timely, making my early morning flight stress-free. However, there were issues with the hot water taking too long in the shower and the lack of cleanliness in some shared areas. My friends stayed in rooms where the AC was malfunctioning. It would have helped to have better maintenance support on these issues. Overall, my stay was pleasant, but some room conditions could use attention.

i liked that laguardia plaza was really close to the airport, making it super convenient. the fitness center was nice too, with great machines and a sauna. plus, earl at concierge was friendly and really helpful during our stay.

If you’re looking for some solid grub, hit up Jet Rock Cafe and Good Eats Bistro—their vibes and flavors are top-notch! The margaritas we grabbed at the bar were a crowd-pleaser, too. Good shuttle service, and I didn't hear any planes from my room, which was a nice surprise.
